ALLERGIES & INTOLLERANCES
It is essential that Nibblies are notified of any allergies or intolerances when placing an order. If you are ordering for someone as a gift, please ensure you check with them regarding this, to ensure Nibblies are made aware. Please also consider your recipient's dietary needs (i.e., pregnant women, people with high blood pressure, people with diabetes, etc have certain dietary requirements or restrictions). Please advise if you would like to alter a grazing box to accommodate the recipient's needs.
Nibblies will not take responsibility for a failure to notify of intolerances or allergies of recipients
MINIMUM NOTICE
A minimum of two days notice is required for all orders. However, to ensure your order can be accommodated, please allow as much notice as you can. Full payment is required upon order, and is non refundable if cancellation is within 48 hours of the delivery date & time.

Large grazing table orders with guests of 30 or more require a minimum of 1 weeks notice
but to ensure your order can be accommodated, please allow as much notice as you can.
If your event is over a week away, a 10% deposit is required to secure your date.
Remaining moneys owed are to be paid in full no later than 5 days prior to your event. Cancellations must be made before this date to receive a refund in full.
Partial payments and payment plans are available if sufficient notice is provided.

DELIVERY
Local delivery is free for suburbs in 2452 - 2456 (excluding Lowanna, Brooklana & Ulong)
Delivery is available to selected areas north of Coffs Harbour and South of Coffs Harbour, but fees apply. For special events (such as Weddings or other large functions), Nibblies is able to travel. However this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis with travel and other fees added to your order. Please email us if you would like to discus such arrangements.
